The switch was very easy to install and use. It replaces a switch used to operate the motor for electric gates, and proves to be a much better option.

I have fitted 10 of these, at first we did have some issues, mostly we noticed that you need to strip back a decent amount of the cable to get a good contact. The screws are BZP not stainless so you need to be careful to use the right screwdriver else they will rust. A lot better than most of the push buttons available and although other comments say they are not waterproof - if you ensure to gland your cable properly I would say that these are as waterproof.

Used for a gate opener. The design is inconvenient as the button is surrounded by a fixed tube. The weather proofing is poor as the seal is not supported and sags. Although no water got in, the switch became unreliable after about three months.

This is exactly what I needed. Works perfectly, just as you'd expect. I did need to buy an additional cable gland though to hold the cable in place.

Functions ok, but had to remove main spring as quite stiff to push, was ok then, hence just 4 stars.

Can’t fault perfect

No problems fitting and works as intended. However after a couple of weeks in place the four external screw heads have begun to rust. I'll replace them with stainless steel screws but I'd have expeccted a "weatherproof" item like this to use stainless steel in the first place. Hence rating only 3 stars
