I like to watch my macros and try to find ways to prioritise protein in my diet for muscle-building. Sometimes I just want a savoury snack and I usually always reach for the crisps. These are my easy, protein-rich alternative which give the same satisfaction of reaching into a pack and pulling out tasty bits (the psychology of eating is important 👌). Easy to grab and go, don't need to be refrigerated and, even better, won't get crushed to bits in my work bag! All the flavours are good but honey BBQ is my fave. The kids like them too which would be good if I didn't mind sharing.

Really, really tasty and more-ish! The only star dropped is the price is quite steep for the portion size - quite common for jerky products, but still...
