Very nice headset, good call quality for work and battery seems to last a good time. Would be nice if the case had a built in battery. Have had no connectivity issues, which i have had with similar cheaper heasets.

Sound quality: Really good when not using the supplied Bluetooth dongle, had a few comments about robotic sound when I use it. Fit: because of the adjustable stem and different ear cushion this should fit most users well. I bought this because the stem on Poly Voyager Legend was too short for my ear. Quality: The jury is out. My first headset broke on the main body where the stem connects after about 10 months of daily use. It was replaced under warranty and that replacement is now failing to power on after 1 month. 3rd one ordered (Amazon refunding this time as you can only make 1 warranty claim on the yealink website 😡) Generally I really like this headset and have been recommending it to colleagues but I am concerned about the quality given I'll soon be on my 3rd in under 1 year. ... hopefully 3rd times a charm 🤞 I'm also not sure what the issue is with the USB adapters/dongle

Avoid Comfort is rly good but audio is crap quality. Mic also sounds bad.

I'm a taxi driver and tried a few different headsets, this one is superior compared to the cheaper ones. I have this on for 8+ hours and sometimes I forget that it's on as it is very light. I have good feedback from my customers as well, unlike before, they can hear me clear. I was a bit overwhelmed by the price but I can say now that it's worth it. I like the dial style volume adjustment, it's easier than pressing buttons and functions great. I never had a problem with connectivity, very quick to connect to my phone. Battery lasts long.

Very easy to connect. Easy to use with very clear vocals, in both direction. Battery life, excellent.

Nice piece of kit, but too many complaints after a while about sound quality and I have once again reverted back to cheap pair of wired headphoness. I'd not buy again.

A proper professional quality headset. Comfortable to wear for hours. Used in office with multiple background conversations going on, and the noise cancellation gets rid of it all . Range great - can stay on calls whilst making coffee in kitchen. Case is designed very well. Perfect for someone who regularly travels to work in multiple offices

It's rare that I go out of my to log in and dig up a past purchase to leave a review, but I do want to give this high marks. I have another Yealink product (a USB connected desktop hub) and I honestly love this thing way more. It has no business sounding as good as it does (a surprising amount of bass) and I'm told that the noise rejection on the mic works pretty well, maybe almost too good. If I mumble to myself while on a call, my voice will usually cut in and out, or so I'm told. The battery life is impressive, and the magnetic charging point in the top of the case holds it upright so it's easy to pick up and go. Also being able to connect to both my laptop and my phone simultaneously makes working from home way easier. Now I just tend to wake up and put it on and wear it for the entire work day because you kind of forget that you're wearing it after awhile anyway. Also I forgot about the mute button on it which is a life saver. The mute synchronizes perfectly well with Teams and also controls the mute on my phone during calls. I even get a "muted" audible reminder when I talk while it's muted. Also I just found out about the volume dial on the side so I can do that too. Very thoughtfully design product.

Batteritiden är betydligt bättre än tex Plantronic Voyager 5200. Den klarar utan problem 2 dagar med många timmars taltidning varje dag utan laddning. Laddningen fungerar perfekt och är mycket enkel. Ljudvolymen och ljudkvaliteten är bra mycket bättre än Plantronics. Tappade mitt i vattnet och tog upp det efter 30sek och det fungerade efter detta. Klart prisvärt med god kvalitet. Det enda jag kan komma på som saknas på detta headset är "find me" funktionen, där man kan få headsetet att pipa högt när man har tappat det på något konstigt ställe.

This is perfect. I bought ine in Decemver lasryear and I am still using it unti today. It alsi comes with 2 or 3 pieces exrra silicin earpiece cover so you can choose your right size. Sound quality is perfect and talk time is is also perfect. I was with my friend on the phone for 8 hrs and the battery is not yet dead. Overall for me, this product deserves 5 stars.
