The stickers didn’t work as intended, only one of them stuck partially.I’m an experienced automotive detailer and I know how to install wraps, PPF, stickers, decals and the like. I prepped the surface as usual for a graphic install, this time, specifically for a brake caliper. I applied my normal Chemical Guys Wheel cleaner, Adam’s Iron Remover, and a final IPA wipedown of 50/50 of 90% Isopropyl Alcohol. This should theoretically insure a proper adhesion to the surface upon application.Unfortunately, even though I prepared the calipers and heated the stickers up with a heat gun, they still didn’t stick. It seems like the adhesive is completely shot.Plan B would be to make a stencil on paper and use the cutout with spray paint instead. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them. Too much of a hastle, and none of the payoff.
