If there is such a thing as gorgeous cards, these are it! They are thicker than other cards & the design is perfect! I definitely recommend this as a great gift, too!

These are so fun! Put in my boyfriend's stocking and they are such good quality.

These were a little gift to myself and I'm very happy with them! They're easy to shuffle and feel great in my hands. The cards are a bit stiff (or actually durable) and might be harder for kids learning to shuffle. But I play solitaire pretty often so I'd rather have stiff cards that will last longer.

I bought the cards mainly for the 4-color suits, which makes a 4-of-a-kind poker hand easier to identify. I love the custom box, but the manufacturer chose to use sticky tape to hold the lid with the bottom. After removing the tape, it unfortunately leaves a sticky residue on both the lid and the bottom. Sadly, this means that I will have to throw away the custom box, and put the cards in another card case instead. As other reviewers have said, the paper quality of the cards is just OK. The quality is noticeably lower than a regular deck of Bicycle cards. The Bicycle cards have an air cushion finish, making them easier to shuffle, and more luxurious to handle, than these Brass Monkey cards. And, I would have preferred if these cards were made of plastic, not paper. Paper is less durable, especially with kids who have sweaty hands, and paper is more likely to be bent out of shape.

I got these as a stocking stuffer for my boyfriend who loves to play cards and do card tricks. They are beautifully unique and high-quality. The box they came in, is very sturdy and provides great protection for the cards.
