My daughter watches anime and loves this sword. It's very bright. It also comes with a belt and holder to hang from their belt. It is very long. She's 11 and short but she's getting used to the length. It's also not heavy. Made well.

Design wise it looks decent however there are a lot of loose parts around the handle. What most made me annoyed was the fact that it stopped working after like 2 days. I’ve tried charging it multiple times and it just won’t light up. Can’t return it because I’m assuming a replacement won’t get to me in time for my convention so I’m stuck with this. I’d say just buy a metal one not this the only appeal was the LEDs and they don’t work so there’s no point in buying it.

This sword was cool but after 3 maybe 2 months it stopped charging and won't turn on anymore.

This katana is an amazing replica with this prop looking straight out of the show. The design from the handle to the sheath is spot on. The glow in the dark ability is outstanding, its bright and long lasting and looks amazing on film and video. The color is very vibrant although the light does die down after 30 mins. Whenever this replica is on its stand, it looks like a real katana however whenever it's up close you can tell it is a prop. When my son received this item he loved it and displays it in his room while playing with it from time to time. This sword will not stand up to hard hitting strikes or actual sword play. The blade is made out of some time of wood and could easily break if hit with enough force. Although it does need to charge it only takes about 45 mins with the battery life lasting around the same time. Overall amazing prop for both displaying and cosplay!

My 13 year old son got some Amazon gift cards for his birthday and decided to buy a “katana”. This product looks and feels amazing and the led lights are out of this world!

The media could not be loaded. 2 stars only because i believe i got a used unit but i paid full price. Charger port is scratched up the hilt guard is loose like the last person didn’t attach it all the way (which i fixed myself), and it looks like either a crack or something in one section of the blade. (Where the LEDs shine)
