i love these! i bought them for crossfit and they are wonderful, I can lift heavy doing cleans snatches bench and deadlift fine with them. They are firm but moveable. I have used them in a competition and they worked great. I bought a pair for my friend. they are great quality for the price.

I have major carpal tunnel issues but I refuse to quit lifting so these straps are what save me. I use them every day.

I purchased these for my husband. He works out with them and said they are great! Give great support to his wrist.

I've been having some weakness in my wrist since getting back into lifting and being a bit older now, I wanted to help ensure I wasn't injuring it further. These provide support where needed. I can't wear the left one with my watch (which I wear for keeping an eye on my heart rate) so that's disappointing but luckily this wrist has held up better so it's not needed. I use them 2-3 times per week for a couple of months and they've held up well so far. Would buy again.
