Q: Hello, does this have an option to stay on?

These puck lights have no auto-off mode and they are not motion sensor lights. If you want it to stay on, just turn it on and don't touch the remote or swipe it off under the light, then it will stay on.

Q: are these waterproof?

I don't believe they are waterproof. Mostly for under cabinets.

Q: Is there a battery charge indicator to let you know when you need to charge it before it doesn’t work?

No battery charge indicator but you can tell because the light is dimmer

Q: Is there a warm light option? Closer to 2700 or 3000?

I’m not sure about the linens but they do adjust in brightness - just not color on the model we got.
