Well I had to give this unit 5 stars mostly because of the amount of sound this kicks out! It's not hi-fi and it's not the greatest sounding unit but we have used this for playback in our churches and honestly, we didn't even get near to full volume before the level of sound needed was reached. The stereo pairing is so simple with another (but slightly) smaller unit of the same make and that's where this unit comes into it's own and makes the sound really spacial. The battery life is very good. Even after a solid hour the unit only needed about 30mins to recharge to full capacity. The unit doesn't auto switch off after a period of time. Also, the unit is so portable. The help desk (via email) cannot be faulted. Bluetooth pairing is good and the unit seems to remember the settings. So what's not to like? We were irritated by the fact the led display can't be switched off. And the battery charge light is miniscule - making it really difficult to see. To sum up an extremely portable unit, loud, OK but powerful sound, easy stereo pairing and... it doesn't switch itself off after a period of no input.

What a great little amp. Great value and the sound is better than I thought it would be. Its not a Bose, but for the price its a bargain. Pre-set equaliser options and adjustable echo was a surprise...all controlled via the remote as well. Also being able to turn off the front disco light was a relief (but good as an option)

Great speaker but it only worked for a short period of time and then died ... got a replacement ... laster slightly longer but same thing happened. A real shame as it seems such great quality, robust and a great sound ... when it worked

Bought this to provide background music at a recent wedding, I must say the unit exceeded my expectations and the sound from it was great, the fact that this portable and can work without a power supply is great as it can be taken out into the garden in the summer, the Mic was a bit flimsy, so purchased a better quality one, the Bluetooth connectivity is quick and easy as well as stable, the battery life of the unit lasted all day and the residual charge remaining was 80%, really pleased with this item, its now being used in my man cave

Nice size, easy to connect, great sound and very reasonable price. Only problem is that the plug is EU so Ire or GB customers beware you will need an adaptor.

Great for karaoke parties at home. But not for a public event.

Bought this for a large family party.easy to use and was plenty loud enough for the very large room we hired.Comes with a mic so you can MC or just have an open mic session,Bluetooth playlist or use a usb stick preloaded with tunes.Great value for money and saved loads and better than a ropey DJ anyday

Just what i needed for outdoor use. Great sound, easy to link to mobile devices. You get what you pay for.

Great sound

I got this for my son's lacrosse team, so they could blast music at practice. They also use it on the bus going to games and on the sidelines before games to get hyped up. They're loving this powerful little speaker. Their coach especially loves the microphone that it came with. It's perfect for calling all the boys off the field during practice. It's exactly what they needed. When I started looking for a speaker, I wasn't sure which size and wattage to get. I wanted to get them something lightweight, but that had good sound and didn't need a power source. This covers all of my wants. It hardly weighs anything and is extremely portable. It has wheels so you can use the extendable handle to pull it behind you or there is a hand hold on the top of the unit for carrying it. I love that the unit is rechargeable. Now we don't have to worry about having a power source available. Mine arrived charged and ready to go, which was really nice. The battery lasts between 2.5-3 hours, which is plenty for what they need. It has a battery level indicator, so you always know when you need to recharge. I heard it at practice last week and was surprised at how much power is packed into this one little speaker. The 12" subwoofer and 1" tweeter put out really good sound. There are multiple ways to play music with the different input options. There are USB flash drive & micro SD readers, so you can play music like you would from a MP3 player. You can connect an aux cord and attach to an external device, like your laptop. Or the easiest way is to pair it with your phone through Bluetooth and stream all your music from the apps on your phone. I didn't realize this model had LED lights, so we were surprised and excited when we were playing with buttons and they turned on. The boys are absolutely loving this speaker and it's worth every penny. I loved this one so much that I bought the 15 inch model for my house. I can't wait to use it at our next movie night.

Very nice quality, I definitely advise it! Price and enjoyment you get while using it is excellent! Sound is great, I don't really have any troubles with this item.
