Great supplement to add to your regular prenatal. I really enjoy the pleasant lemony smell, and they’re super easy to swallow; no unpleasant aftertaste or gross burps like a lot of prenatals. Convenient 30 day size bottle, so I subscribed to it once a month so I know my baby’s brain will always have extra choline while I’m pregnant. Good value for the cost too, I don’t think it’s too expensive to help give my Baby a little brain boost.

I took all throughout my third trimester along side prenatal & my baby was born very healthy. Does have a lemon-y taste to disguise the other tastes I'm sure but, it didn't bother me & I had some pretty strong aversions. Is recommend

Small pill size. The lemon flavor is nice. These don’t make you nauseous.

I love that I’m able to provide baby (and my) brain with extra vitamins. Was suggested by a nutritionist who specializes in pregnancy. Have a subscription so I get it monthly. Like that capsules are vegan. They don’t smell great, even though the packaging tries to mask it, but that’s overlooked since so beneficial. My first order contained an open bottle and the return was a little tricky since a Whole Foods drop off was required, so hoping no other issues.
