I live in an area that has only well water, that IMO isn't safe for consumprtion. I'm a senior but have 3 grandsons. This has been a life saver in so many ways. Cost, convenience, taste, and environmentally friendly, the hot water is hot enough to make Ramon. I'm 67 and for the first time today was able to change a 3 gallon jug. I wouldn't attempt a 5 gallon, for many, but the 3 gallon works for me! I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

I purchased this one for work. I have another brand at home, one that costs over $200 and I like this one better. The water is very cold, and hot. The biggest difference between this cooler and the one at home, aside from the price tag, is the difference in noise level. As you might read from different reviews from different brands is some coolers are extremely loud as you fill beyond a measuring cup or 2. This one is extremely quiet which is something I'm not used to. It's actually really nice to have a machine that does not make any noise besides the bubbling noise as you drain the reservoirs. Although this one is black and not all stainless steel like my other one, I will never buy another brand other than this one. It's exactly what you need and exactly what you should expect with a water cooler like this. Not to mention sub $100 is huge. There is no need for anything above this, unless you're looking for appearance, a cooler below, bottom storage/pumping etc. Which in most cases is a want not a need and even if my cooler was self cleaning, I would still want to clean it myself from time to time. I cannot say enough about this little cooler. Money well spent. And again, a quiet cooler is more important to me than I thought. I couldn't be happier and I'm confident you will be too.

Works awesome, has buttons on the back for hot and also cold water dispense. The only thing I don't like is that water gets spilled over whenever I reload the jugs of waters so always have your mop ready for clean up.

Water qualities is great no smell or chemical odor value for the money keeps my water ice cold. I absolutely love this thing.

No instructions with my dispenser so not sure what I'm doing and when I tried to get the manual from the company, you have to have a login to pull up a manual? Why do we have to make something so difficult as to pull up a manual that you didn't send me when I purchased the product. Turned it on and it started smoking. Not even usable. Absolute garbage!

I bought this unit Aug 13th... ot was easy to set up, but a few weeks ago the indicator lights started constantly blinking..which is not supposed to happen. I messaged customer service and Zeti was very responsive, they gave instructions on how to fix with clear directions sent.. we communicated for a week and they sent me a new unit which unfortunately it was damaged...I reached them again and they gave a solution..im just waiting on response as of today.. If anything this company has A1 customer service. I would buy from them again...
