Put in my 2001 super duty. Although I don't have automatic headlights (this switch has an automatic setting), it still worked to replace my stock switch without automatic setting with no problem. Obviously, the automatic setting doesn't work for me since I didn't have it in the first place, but the off/parking/on/fog light positions work as my old stock switch did.

Works but base plate broke.
Everything works if you don't have fog lights. It broke during installation so that's why I'm giving this 1 star. Not even worth the hassle of returning or exchanging.
