Pros: this is my go to when traveling, as it helps keep me regular and also helps me sleep. Usually my system is disrupted when I travel but this keeps me comfortable. I feel it does help with bloating as well. Dissolves easily. Great flavors (tangerine is my fav)Cons: I’m sleepy the next day and am more likely to need a nap. Sometimes I get headaches ( it’s either the aswaghanda or vit D) . Okay. I tried the blue coconut flavor. It tastes more like blue raspberry. No coconut flavor in my opinion. Its not bad, pretty sweet. This stuff makes me REALLY sleepy.
