Purchased a cheap chair from Sam's Club (looked good and the price was right). After a few months the chair support collapsed on one side. I learned my lesson and went hunting for a replacement on Amazon.com. Much to my dismay, there seemed to be hundreds, if not thousands of so called ergonomic office chairs. I narrowed my search to mid-priced chairs. I found one that fit the bill, although the price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but added it to my cart and saved if for later.When I got ready to take the plunge and purchase, I decided to double check my buying decision and do one more search. I stumbled across this chair during my search and it had everything I wanted for a better price. Next step, checked the reviews and videos and everyone seemed to like it with few negative comments. I decided to give it a chance.I am so glad I did. The chair was easy to assemble with very clear instructions, only took a few minutes, even going at a snail's pace to make sure I avoided mistakes. However the proof is in the pudding. The seat cushion is very comfortable and the net fabric is giving while being extremely supportive. I am 5'7" and weigh 185 lbs.; fits me like a glove.I am happy and content with my purchase and pleasantly surprise at the higher quality at a lower price.

The chair arrived quickly, which was a great start. Assembly was a bit tricky, but manageable with some patience.I have a bad back and spend most of my day sitting, so finding the right chair was a top priority. My last chair was a gaming chair, and it didn’t hold up well over time. After days of research, I chose this chair because of its adjustable lumbar support and solid reviews.I've been using it for about a month now, and I can honestly say it's been a life saver. It’s firm, but not too firm, and it supports my lower back in just the right way. The only modification I made was adding padding to the armrests because I have sensitive elbows.Overall, I’m very happy with this chair and would definitely recommend it—especially if you deal with lower back pain. Solid choice for comfort and support.

The product is a good value for the price. It was quite easy to put together. I found the instructions easy to follow. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the seat gets a tad uncomfortable (either the padding is not firm enough or there is not enough of it in the seat) if sitting more than 2 hours at a time. That said, its a good excuse to stand and get a few steps in for an ergonomic break. The back and head rest work quite well. Also note that I am on the larger side so that may affect the seat issue. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase

I looked at several office chairs and even bought another one, and then returned it, but this chair is by far the best. It's a keeper. It's very Ergonomic. It has a lumbar support; the arms can be adjusted to fit you, as well as a neck support. It is very comfortable to sit in. It also has a rock or recline feature if you wish. I am using it as an office chair, but it can be used as a gaming chair as well. It is very well built and can support a 330 lb. person. One other selling point is that it has a 5-year warranty unlike many others that only have a one year. I can't recommend it enough.

I've had this chair for almost a month and use it every day. I work from home and have my gaming setup in my office as well, so it's important for me to have a chair I can be comfortable in for hours upon hours. The seat padding isn't thick but the firmness more than makes up for it, but it's also not rock hard either. It's the perfect balance, oh and the back support is amazing. My previous chair I had to order extra padding (for the seat and the back) to be able to work for 8 hours, but this chair is great and no extras were needed!
