Worked properly
I am pretty sure this actuator fixed the problem with my Titan defroster which is located in the driver's side footwell up and behind a black box, what appears to be a stereo amp, and a metal bracket that Nissan put right in the middle of the way, which made this thing a serious pain to replace. However it fit perfectly, no modifications needed. So if you have the correct tools and some patience, this repair job is doable. Because of how much of a pain this thing is to replace, hopefully this item lasts a long time and never needs to be changed ever again. I'd imagine if I needed to go to a Nissan dealership to have them do this same job, they'd charge me $1000. So the $14 that this part costs on Amazon is a bargain.

2006 Titan
I purchased an off brand for the same price a year ago and had nothing but issues. This works perfect. Difficult to install due to cumbersome location, but took under 1/2 hr after watching a YouTube video. Great quality

Pain to install. Product fit perfectly.
Used this to replace the blend door actuator on a 2008 Armada. Ended up removing accelerator pedal assembly, body control computer and amplifier to get a clear path to this part. None of that would be too difficult if you didn't have to be upside down under the dash to get to it. Had to have my wife put it in as my hands would not fit in the limited space. This part has functioned perfectly and quietly since it was installed about 1,000 miles or two weeks ago. The little alignment tool sounds great, but couldn't really fit it on a ratchet in the installation area. Ended up setting the system to foot vents only, removing old actuator, plugging in the new actuator and turning the vents to foot only again. I'd recommend immediately unhooking the battery as ours kept trying to adjust this blend door about a minute after turning off the vehicle. This would turn the actuator and we wouldn't be able to put the screws back in place. Overall, about 3 hours of installation between disassembly, part removal, reinstall, reassembling, and tool clean-up. This is an annoying part to replace. Hopefully this brand holds up as the previous replacement only lasted about 3 years.

Worked great!
Worked great as a replacement part...not OEM, but seems to work fine.

Blend door actuator on 2010 QX56
Needed to replace this actuator on a 2010 QX56. Bolted right up and was a direct replacement to the failed OEM actuator.

Garbage
This thing was horrible to install which it’s not its fault but definitely wasn’t worth it not even a month of having it installed it stopped working this thing gotta be a peace of crap it can’t even blow air to where it’s supposed to anymore this thing was mad like trash even the old broken one worked a lot better than this one

Possible need for modification
We have a 2005 Nissan Armada. This part works. Although it doesn’t mount up perfectly. I had to remove the plastic plate that the part mounts to (only two more screws) then use a Dremel to take off just a little bit of plastic. this enabled the part to mount flush on the bracket.

Get a endoscopic camera
This fixed the annoying knock in my dash. I recommend getting a camera on a wire to see what you are doing. I put a picture of the camera. Saved me so much time and didn't have to remove the dash.

This is for the upper air mode actuator. The job was a royal pain. I had the amp, sat radio, and black BCM (?) on the immovable bracket. I tried to do it with some of that in place and just loose, but I ended up removing all the boxes with their bracket. I also removed the gas pedal, the lower plastic panel and seat to give more room. More work but less frustrating. I also removed the black plate this screws to and the cam and assembled it out of the car. I used a dremel to slightly modify the plate so the actuator fit flush. -1 star for having to modify the plate. Can't speak to longevity.

Used OEM part number to order this part and all seemed good. Pulled the OEM actuator to replace and the shape of the part is incorrect compared to the OEM. Cannot install, had to order OEM. No idea about the functionality of the part, chose 3 stars as it's middle of the road. Not overly pleased that I now have to pay a shipping charge to return this incompatible part. OEM part was purchased and fit and functions perfectly.
