Susan BatesSilvalume Soft Handle Aluminum Crochet Hook 5.5"-Size H8/5Mm

I thought I would try the Susan Bates longer neck crochet hook, and quite like the head style with the more pointed top. I prefer a shorter neck as I only have very small hands, but this hook has been useful when using thicker yarn as there is more room. The ergonomic handle is comfortable, but the blue plating on the hook is a bit rough and I had to sand it down a bit as it kept catching on the yarn, hence 4 stars. Basically a different style head and neck, and comfortable to crochet with.

I just love these hooks I would like to buy some bigger sizes but they don’t seem to do these particular hooks over a 6.5 mm which I thinks a shame

Brilliant this is the 3rd purchased hook from here it has met my expectations and arrived early everytime couldn't be happier
