These DNA Motoring 3D Halo headlights completely transformed the look of my truck. The black housing and halo design give it a clean, aggressive style that stands out, especially at night. Installation was straightforward — plug and play with no major adjustments needed. The brightness and beam pattern are excellent, way better than stock, and the halos add a premium touch. The build quality feels solid and durable, with no moisture or fogging after weeks of use.

So, I am going to try to make this review as detailed as humanely possible. I purchased this kit for my 07 335i, the original kit does come with regular H7 halogen bulbs. I did have to reinforce the weather stripping with silicone sealant as some reviews will mention because it was done very poorly but that wasn't too big of an issue for me. I waited a whole month for write this review to see how the lights will perform. I did do some modifications as I did not like the halogen bulb look, they are also not bright at all. You do not have to do this, but I did to really make the kit look OEM and pop out at night. I purchased an HID bulb upgrade ballast kit to get rid of the yellow halogen bulbs and make it white and bright at night. Once you do THAT, then this headlight kit really looks good and stands out. Lastly, I recommend that you get everything installed by a BMW certified tech. As it is not directly plug and play if you wish to do the modifications I have done. All in all though, great kit would definitely recommend to any E90 owners if they want to modernize their Bimmer!

I love the new headlights the car look brand new!

They look great! Few issues with trying to align both headlights, and the connections it comes with. My car had the Xenon Adaptive headlights before, so having these headlights will cause your car to constantly give you adaptive headlights faults. Also, using high beams is manual now. You have to hold the lever back to keep the high beams engaged, no longer stay on. UPDATE: Figured I would update the review after having them for some time. It's very difficult to align these headlights, It's very noticeable while driving at night. With that being said, I recommend getting good quality, and bright bulbs, as the high beams in these are not the brightest. Out of the box, the lights were kind of angled down towards the road a little too much, couldn't see as far as I would like to at night. Also, not sure how great the seals are on these. Multiple times, whether its an automatic car wash, or hand washing with a pressure washer, water gets into the housing, and the fog up enough to where the light is very dim until they clear up. I double-checked my install to make sure I had everything fitted properly, and I did. The moisture caused a short, and blew my normal day/low beam bulbs. The way these are wired, like Christmas lights, if the low beams go out, you can not use the high beams in place of them until you get new bulbs. All in all, they do look great, and give a great look to the car, but I'm also heavily considering swapping these back out for my old Xenon adaptive headlights for shear functionality, and the guarantee of BMW build quality.

2008 bmw 328i e90. The headlights are a big upgrade from stock. Looks very good and easy to install. Pros: - easy installation. Plug and play. - very bright led lights: turn signals, halos - makes the car look more modern and gives it a great look - fitment is almost spot on. Cons: - low and high beams are halogen bulbs that arent very bright - its sealed but it looks a little sloppy Tips: - reuse the body nuts and clips off of the old headlights - i bought h7 and h1 led lights but they didnt fit. Most led lights are oversized because it has a fan on the back of it which made it too big for the light to not fit properly. I suggest trying a fanless or true to size h7/h1 led light - there are many wires on the back of the headlights, you only need to connect just one. - because the seal looked sloppy, i reinforced it with silicone sealant to prevent any leaks or moosture build up.

Passenger low beam does not seem to be able to focus. Can't get it to align with the drivers side, which shows perfectly on the road surface. Also the projectors seem to be in a little crooked. The h7 low beam bulbs don't go in with the tab aft the 12 o'clock position. This seems to cause the top "cut off line" to be aimed from 8 o'clock to 2 o'clock. While driving the passenger side light puts almost no useful light onto the roads ahead of me.

Well, they are so beautiful, changed the look. However, high beems stops working when both lights are plugged together.
