Really good system, easy to set up, good picture quality with my Philips monitor, lots of storage and would recommend to anyone after a reasonably priced system.

This system is exerlent for the price and customer support and response is impeccably quick pleasant and easy instructions with issues if you have any. I will be recommending this system to my family and friends

Sent out the box with out the power cables. Was unable to just get power cable. So had to return the whole lot.

Do not buy this product!!! Don’t waste your money!!! Is not what they described!!! I was on the phone and proved by pictures and images so they still didn’t answer to me.

I’ve had this 8 channel camera security system for two years. It was fairly easy to install and configure if you’re semi-familiar with running cables and using a computer. It has been running and recording (overwriting when hard drive becomes full) for two full years without any problems. A week ago, the system went down for some unknown reason (possibly an electrical storm?) and the system would not fully reboot or come back online successfully. The power indicator light along with the selector arrows on the front of the box would just blink and the system menu would say “no recording device available for recording”. I thought maybe the hard-drive burned up from two years of heavy recording & overwriting. I contacted the Hiseeu manufacturer directly via their email ( [email protected] ) with a full description of the failure late on a Monday evening before going to bed and I received a response within 45min which I read Tuesday morning. The response included items to check along with pictorials. Per my findings based on their response, I ordered a new power supply and my system was up and fully functional next day when the power supply arrived. Pleased with this system and with the prompt customer assistance.

The new system works well—clear video quality, reliable recording, and easy remote access. Customer service was helpful and made sure I got the right product for my needs. Incredible night vision. Alarm light is ingenious. Just wish the mount was a swivel instead of up , down, side to side. Sometimes you need that angle it won't give you. But otherwise a fantastic system with super clear HD cameras. Their after purchase support is phenomenal. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased the DVR and camera securitysystem in 2021 and installed on my property. , It has worked flawlessly, the cameras are tough and rugged and have weathered outdoor seasons for four years now. I recently had an issue with the DVR, July, 2025, which has run continuously since I purchased the system. I contacted, the companies support department, and they were amazing. They followed up immediately, and when I hadn’t responded for a week or so, the technician actually contacted me see how I was doing. This type of service is hard to find and the company stands behind their products 100%. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly.

This system was very affordable easy install and I've owned it for about 2 years. Install was easy with help from a friend. The app is simple and user friendly. picture quality is clear day and night. Recently had the hard drive go out when I reached out to support they got back to me quickly and offered help with getting everything fixed and sent parts right once the problem was diagnosed.
