This is called Vanilla Maple, and that is the perfect name for it. It is gently vanilla, and gently maple, not the fake maple but the real stuff. This is my favorite flavor, so I hope it sticks around, even though it probably won't. I'll get as many as I can before it poofs. Burt's Bees flavors are very pleasant. They are also very moisturizing. I have problems with dry lips from an autoimmune disease, and am also sensitive to many chemicals. But I can use Burt's Bees, which I only found out a few months ago. This is so much better than what I was using before, and I have tried several flavors. Vanilla Maple is my favorite, but many others are also delightful. If limited to 1 flavor, however, this is the one I would get. It feels so good, has a wonderful flavor, and is protective against the sun, tho I have not put that to a real test. If I was a sports person, I would probably use something specifically for sun protection. Otherwise, use this!

My favorite chapstick!

I LOVE the cucumber mint Burt’s Bees lip balm! It’s a true cucumber scent w/a hint of mint. The balm isn’t too hard or too soft. Keeps the dryness away during the winter.

I have tried a ton of different chapsticks. I am very methodical with my tubes, I use one until its empty and then move onto the next. Burt's Bees is definitely my second favourite brand for it. After the Pomegranate chapstick formula was changed, I wanted to try the Cherry instead. It didn't really smell very cherry, but it was not a bad smell at all. It moisturises the same as their other regular chapsticks. If you want more of a sweeter cherry smell, I would recommend the Carmex Fresh Cherry over this, but if you aren't looking for that sweet, maraschino-ish scent, this is a really good chapstick for you.

I bought this in Daisy because I saw the color when looking up a different shade on the Burt's Bees website. If I had seen the picture on this page, I never would have purchased it. Daisy isn't shimmery, and it's certainly not a warm red. I'm a Winter--cool-toned, fair skinned, dark brown hair and eyes. Any makeup that isn't a cool shade does not flatter me, to say the least. Even neutrals are too warm. I like my makeup to look natural. I also have constantly dry lips. As I wrote, I bought this because I liked the color on Burt's Bees website. When the lip balm got here, it was so dark that I checked to see if they'd sent the right one. I was unreasonably certain it was going to stain my lips mulberry, and I waited until I wasn't going anywhere to try it on. It's perfect. The color is just a hint darker than my lips, and it softens as well as the clear Burt's bees lip balm I have. I would order more here, but Amazon is out of stock. Instead, I'll be stocking up at the Burt's Bees website.

I’m addicted to chapstick. And I like peppermint ones. These are the perfect. They feel good on my lips and the peppermint is not overly strong. I tend to have chapstick all over the place. In my bag, by the tv, at my desk, in the medicine cabinet, even in my overnight bag. Buying on Amazon is the most economical and convenient for buying in bulk. Now I can go anywhere and have them at hand. My lips are smiling!

The original beeswax version is my favourite lip balm of all time. I have a bad habit of biting my lips so the skin on my lips often get tough and dried out, and this balm does wonders. I've tried various other burts bees flavours and tints but none of them even remotely compares to the original. Those end up feeling like your regular, cheap supermarket chapsticks, and their only pro is smelling a little nicer or adding a tiny little bit of colour to your lips, so i'd have to say stick with the original beeswax one if you actually want to see how amazing this brand actually is. Anyway, the original lipbalm feels great, not oily or uncomfortable, and keeps lips moisturised for a long time. It has no shine or tint and has only a mild but pleasant minty smell, so it when applied you can't even tell it's there (good for when you're going for that all-natural look, and for those guys who want to moisturise but don't want to look 'girly'). The lip balm give a tingly feeling on your lips (similar to carmex), which can be considered both and pro and a con depending on the user's preference, but I consider it to be a major pro cause i love the tingling feeling. I've tried basically all the popular lip balms out there, from carmex to elizabeth arden 8 hour lip repair to smiths rosebud salve, but none of them were ever quite as good as burts bees. so this is definitely a lip balm I recommend trying if you haven't already. just remember to get the original beeswax one, not any of those other fancy flavours and variations.
