L’Oreal Paris Makeup Voluminous Original Volume Building Waterproof Mascara

This mascara stays on from the moment I put it on until I take it off. It is absolutely waterproof. Good product.

I used to buy more expensive mascara. But as prices went up, I switched. Beware that this mascara is fairly thin and wet when you first get it, but it will thicken up. I think it's pretty dark, stays on well, and doesn't fall off in clumps like others I've had. I love it.

I normally use Lancome mascara and wanted to see if L’Oreal’s could hold up as well. It was fine, just not the same quality as Lancome. The brush was thick and held the mascara when applying, I had thought I purchased the waterproof but I guess I didn’t, so by the end of the day it had worn off my lashes and didn’t last all day. It did smear underneath my eyes by the end of the day. I wouldn’t purchase again just not for me.

I have been using this mascara for years and it is my favorite. It doesn’t clump on my lashes, it stays on without having to be waterproof but also is very easy to remove without ripping off lashes!

I have a make-up artist friend who RAVES about this mascara. She goes through mascara tubes like crazy for photo shoots and commercials. She says that at the rate that she goes through mascara, she has to use a budget-friendly mascara. She says that this works. My opinion: the formula is very thick. I had to wipe the wand on a paper towel to clean it off. If I applied it directly to my eyelashes, I would end up with a big clump of black mascara and would likely touch my eyelid and end up with a big mess. I prefer to clean off the wand really well and then layer coats of mascara on. This requires patience and discipline but I never regret doing it (when I do it). I have oily skin and finds that this will leave a lash imprint on my upper eyelids. TIP: If you use setting spray, spray your face when you do not have any mascara on. Also, if you have an eyelash comb, put some setting powder on it and comb it through your lashes after you apply mascara. This will help set the wet mascara and reduce the likelihood of smudging. RECOMMENDATION: Based on the reasonable price and all the rave reviews, I would give this a try. It’s worth trying it to see if this is a budget-friendly and easy-to-find in a drugstore mascara that works for you.

The only mascara that doesn’t weigh down my lashes and keeps them curled. I’ve tried all the expensive ones and none of them work as well as this one.

I have used this brand of mascara for almost 15 years. No matter what I try I always go back to this one. The brown black color is perfect for a slightly softer look.

Es una mascara de pestañas a prueba de agua para las que no les aguanta el rizo. Es super negra y da mucho volumen aunque no mucho largo. Pareciera que tienes más pestañas de las que en realidad tienes. No la venden en México en su versión extra negra carbón black. Así que gracias Amazon!

Product was smaller than anticipated however I love this mascara.

it is fantastic it did,nt clump my eyelashes together went on very smoothly and stayed on without smugding all day. the price was very good too , will be buying it again
