I have been using these for a while now. What I do notice is it does give me a boost of energy. When I'm dragging in the morning even after a good night sleep and don't know why I'm so tired. This helps perks me up more so than coffee.

This Super B Complex by Rep n Roll claims to be made in the USA in a GMP compliant facility, and is 3rd party tested. We’ll get to that later.The bottle is double sealed for protection, and contains 60 capsules, which is a 30 day supply. Opening the bottle I noticed it is ¾ empty, meaning it is a huge waste of plastic. Rep n Roll could better serve the environment by at least doubling the quantity of capsules in each bottle.I cut open one capsule to see if they were filled the same way, but was pleasantly surprised to see it was completely full of product.There were exactly 60 capsules in the bottle.On the label, they list a website, city and state (no street address), and email address.I went to their website where there is a street address listed on their contact page. The website is simple to navigate. It didn’t fit on my computer screen, but reducing the page zoom to 90% did the trick. There are some basic English language usage errors in sections of the script, making me suspicious as to how ‘USA’ this company is.I then sent an email to the listed email address asking a few simple questions. After 5 days I have received no reply.The physical address listed on the website, 560 N Main St, Milford, UT 84751, United States, turns out to be a UPS shipping provider inside a True Value Hardware store.All their product ordering and information links located on their website send you directly to one of their Amazon pages.

These easy-to-swallow caplets are a good way to increase you intake of B vitamins. As I havee aged, I notice that I feel better with the addition of B complex vitamins to my regimen. Highly recommend.

I like all eight B vitamins in one, but the crazy high dosages make me a little leery. Since they’re not fat soluble, any excess over and above what I need will be naturally excreted, but I figure why make my kidneys work harder than they need to? Plus I’m significantly smaller than the average adult, so I only take one. At any rate, I’m definitely getting my daily ration of all B vitamins (and a surplus) now. At one a day, this is a two month supply, so a good deal for me.

Upfront, this is a difficult item to review. I've never taken a supplement that gives me a discernible difference in how I feel from day to day to clearly credit the supplement for the benefit. I take supplements that I've either been prescribed or I just believe I need. Sometimes I notice that when I stop a supplement I lose energy, but I haven't taken these long enough to run that experiment. What I can say about these B vitamins is that unlike other B supplements, they do not turn my urine fluorescent yellow. I don't know if that is a good or a bad thing, but it's a little surprising. These capsules are easy to swallow and I've had no negative side effects as a result of taking them. They seem to be a sound supplement. I hope this helps!

There are many better options out there that are less expensive. I don't trust this particular one for reasons I can't express here. This manufacturer's address is a hardware store?

These seem like good quality and I do not notice a bad smell or taste. They are easy to swallow and have tons of b vitamins but I do not get the energy I thought I would.

B vitamins are said to be great for stress. And who doesn't have plenty of that? Anyway I've always thought it was wise to take this B vitamins complex to ward off the free radical effect of certain foods and environmental factors that are present in many people's lives. I consider B vitamins to be a very important part of my diet and would not be without them. These are easy to swallow and seem to be a complete B vitamin complex nutraceutical. I am not a doctor or Healthcare practitioner I am simply reviewing this product as someone who enjoys taking it and has seen good results in lowering my stress.
