Better than BoboVR M3 imo but one small issue
I have a BOBOVR M3 but when you flip the hmd up it doesn't stay there. This one is strong enough that you can flip it up and its solid. The facial interface adjustments make it really comfortable and overall it's a versitile strap. The only issue comes up if you use a link cable for PCVR. The problem is the adjustment wheel pushes the cable out too much and bends it or pulls it out occasionally. So I would have loved to keep it but going to return it because I use my quest for PCVR with a link cable 90% of the time. Won't be an issue if you use airlink or VD. TLDR: BUY THIS UNLESS YOU USE PCVR WITH A LINK CABLE

Okay Halo Headstrap
This headstrap is awesome, if you are comparing it to the strap that comes w/ a quest, or any non-halo headstrap. On the other hand, if you have been using a halo headstrap for the past 3 years like me, for my quest 2, & quest 1, you have something to compare it to. This strap is just okay for a Halo strap. My last halo strap had a much more snug fit. I am guessing part of the problem is the pretty much useless adjustment knobs in the front. Those seem to be there as what I call a "bell & whistle" item, which is something that looks fancy, but adds no value. In this case, if those two knobs are not aligned w/ one another, you get a crooked headset. And having that extra adjustment point didn't make my strap sit any more snugly. Also, be ready to spend some time putting the item together. It's not really hard, but the instructions start off with "take the original strap off". Okay, fine, now I have to look up how to get the original strap off. Not hard to do...once you know how. (I had no desire to try and force my headstrap to come off by $500 toy, without a clear explanation.) I could not have put it together from the included instructions though. However, a video on the product website shows how to put together a similar strap, that has a battery pack, but is basically the same. To be fair, at this price point, I did not see a halo headstrap that has only the simple back adjustment I was looking for, and the company that made my last one is no longer selling on Amazon. I suppose I may eventually get used to this one feeling it will fall off (it hasn't yet), as could be my old one was just a superior halo design.

Great head strap, but not a good fit for my head.
This strap seemed to be such a comfortable fit, I thought it was the perfect head strap for my Quest 3. Unfortunately, after just a few minutes of use, the back of my head started hurting like crazy. I couldn't figure out why at first because I didn't have it on very tight, but I eventually came to realize that the back cup puts pressure directly on the occipital nerve, causing immense pain. I had to go back to the default headstrap that came with Quest 3. I really wish it worked because I could put the headset on and off with such ease, but the way my head is shaped wasn't a good fit for me.

Non-Battery Halo Strap. Good Value.
I never got a halo strap from my old quest 2. Used one of the cheap elite strap clones. This strap is much more comfortable and doesn't press anywhere on my head that causes pain after a few hours. The flip up feature is cool. The side adjusters help position the quest 3 so the face cushion doesn't need to be smashed against your face like it will with the cloth strap or some of the basic straps. The left side knob for adjusting face distance from the quest 3 does get in the way of my 90 degree adapter i was using so i had to 180° flip it the opposite direction. Doesn't affect my vr experience. So yeah I like this halo strap very much for the price.

Disappointing fit
So disappointed in this as I was hoping it was the answer to my prayers. This product does have what appears to be a cool design, except for the back cupping strap. It is made out of a silicone material and it slides up the back of my head, constantly, even though I keep tightening it, which then gives me an instant headache. I was hoping this would work to keep pressure of the unit off my face as I’m tired of my cheeks being bruised. I just cannot get this headstrap to stay in place and maintain a proper balanced zone so I can see. The tilt feature didn’t feel natural as I had to hold the whole unit to slide it upward. Maybe that loosens over time?? The back forth knobs click hard and don’t turn easily to move the unit close and far to the face. I literally have to take the unit off to turn or lift anything. Maybe mine is just not “broken in” enough and needs time, but I’m not willing to suffer with the pressure it puts on my occipital nerve because I keep having to tighten it to hold it in place.

Great for the price. Took me a little while to get it dialed in and the drop-down adjustment is VERY stiff (feels like it will break each time), but it does the job and for the price I can't complain. The eye distance adjustment is a nice touch and opens up more options for different facial interfaces, glasses users, etc.

I am completely convinced. It stays stable, does not slip, and I can wear the Quest hanging freely in front of me without light protection. The distance to the Quest can also be adjusted perfectly. This is a particular advantage for glasses wearers. In terms of comfort, stability and flexibility, I can highly recommend it.
