Very GOOD Pizza Crust BUT
IF you like thin pizza crust,, and LOVE pizza,, this is an excellent crust to MAKE YOUR OWN pizza.. BUT,, in shipping the crust is BROKEN , two pkg used, one OK, second crust busted.. second PKG, BOTH crusts busted,, could see when taken from Amazon shipping box, Storing in refrigerator inside two 2.5 GALLON plastic Freezer bags, WITH double carboard round pizza base from Frozen Pizza's eaten (SAVED, make nice targets on shooting range)MY WAY is use lightg amount olive oil on pizza pan (overlap two broken pieces of crust, oil helps prevent burning to pizza pan from sauce going under crust),, bake for MAX 3-minutes at 400 BEFORE sauce and toppings,, then add sauce , topping, BAKE at suggested 400 for 5-6 minutes on MIDDLE rack,,, add mozzarella cheese, another 3-4 minutes,, DONE. Will buy again BUT if problem persists with CRUST IN TWO PIECES INSIDE PACKAGE, will look for local source for this product inlieu of buying from Amazon Prime PANTRY.. ISSUES ON THIS AND OTHER ORDERS DUE TO LACK OF CARE IN PACKAGING,,, MUST BE PACKED FOR UPS TRANSPORT,, DAMAGED GOODS ARE EXPENSIVE WHEN BUYER HAS TO THROW AWAY or CAUSES PROBLEMS IN USING.. (NOT to MENTION, capuchino mocca coffee additive, when Amazon SHIPPING Box is hit hard enough to pop off top of Hill bro coffeee mix, and hole poke inside, chocolate POWDER EVERYWHERE IN Amazon Box,, 1/3 lost, and LOT of wiping on remaining items in Amazon box from that order. ^%& $$@@()^^%$

When they say thin.. they mean paper thin
So it says white but I bought 2 packs and it all was brown like whole wheat flour was used to make it. Also it’s thin, thin.. like I’m not being dramatic. I made two types of pizza and it was crazy how thin it was. You also think when you first see the pack it’s one thin crust and they forgot to add another one and your like wow it’s so thin and they forgot to add another to the pack. But then you open it and realized it’s 2 and it’s even thinner than you thought and you stop to reflect on your purchase. Disappointed but now I know better. If your into super thin pizza.. go for it!

A PRODUCT FOR CUSTOMERS LOOKING FOR EASY DINNER OPTIONS
What I loved about this pizza crust the most was how easy it was to create my dream pizza inside my own kitchen. I had enough cooking experience. I also ordered the pizza sauce, black olives and tomatoes on Amazon. I did this to use up the extra cheeses I had leftover. The pizza tasted simple, came out beautiful from the hot oven and smelled so fresh!!!

Almost paper thin, perforated crust. Never again!
It begins more like a very fragile, flexible cracker that becomes crispy when baked, but this will not be on my "reorder" list. Who ever got a pizza with a perforated crust?! I've eaten pizza in a lot of places, ranging from Miami, Florida to New York City, to Chicago, Illinois; Denver, Colorado and Biloxi, Mississippi, but never have I encountered a perforated crust. Your sauce better nice and thick, friends! The best suggestion I have is to do what I did: freeze the crusts, have everything ready to use before you take one out of the package (and, of course, have your oven preheated). I preheated the oven to about 425 F so the crust would, hopefully, begin firming up quickly. I used a very thick organic sauce, mushrooms and finely shredded cheese. I turned the oven temperature down to 400 F after about four minutes and it seems to have worked quite well, but the crust is really like a very, very thin cracker.

Best Keto friendly Crust I ever had!!
I love these. I eat them at least 3 times a week. It's so easy to add toppings and toss in my oven. It takes no time to cook and I really like that I can cook it nice and crispy. It doesn't taste like regular pizza crust, but it's the best Keto friendly I have ever had. I cook it on an open rack so the crust cooks underneath evenly and crispy. Don't use a pizza pan - it leaves it too flimsy, in my opinion.

soggy paper thin cardboard
I hate to leave a bad review but this isn't a stand alone item, you add items to it- if it sucks you are out more than the cost of the individual item. I added a little bit of sauce (on the light side as I could see the crust was 2 millimeters thick), some cheese (not as much as comes on an orderrd pizza) and some pepperoni. No 'wet' toppings beyond the bit of sauce. I checked on it every 5 minutes because the directions state it should be done in 6 minutes. 5 minutes, soggy, 10 minutes starting to dissolve, 15 minutes and I had a nice pizza soup. I use a really good pizza pan with the holes in it so I can only imagine how bad it would have been without the air flow from the holes. I have used other prepackaged pizza crusts and this one is definitely the worst. Maybe if one makes a pizza with no sauce or cheese it would work but it's not something I would recommend for a more traditional pizza. I threw dinner away and ordered pizza.

Loved the thin crust.
Loved the thin crust. Hubby asked me to order more. Used sauce, pepperoni and fresh mushrooms with cheese. After having worked as a pizza cook, was really happy with the taste and quality. The thin crust was excellent. Hubby was able to eat puzza without his blood sugar going wild.
