Good gift but be careful if buying in advance

Would be better if the seller stated use by dates on the description as this was a gift and the use-by dates were after the date of the birthday so I had to give the person their gift early. Also, the smoked salmon and smoked venison had to be kept in the fridge so I had to open the box and re-seal it. However, it is a nice gift box and the contents were great.
