This spine grove roller is the best one I've purchased! I doesn't hurt my spine and actually makes rolling your back enjoyable. I also use it for my legs and its the perfect amount of soft/hardness material

Very good for back stretch without hurting the spine
Even with back issue the larger size was not problem. It is comfortable and protects spine with mid channel. Great product to stretch your back

Pretty firm
I realize that rollers must be pretty firm but this one states it was semi firm- it hurts my back so it is currently residing with other rollers that are uncomfortable
