Purchased this after my other shaver died and i'm never looking back! - Feels so good on the skin, nice and small, compact - only issue is when I take off the blade compartment to clean and re-insert to shave again, the bade automatically locks. The only way to get it going is to inset the compartment whilst its on. Not ideal but not an issue for me

Worked great for a few weeks, but now refuses to charge. Waste of money.

Ok does a good job but battery length is not great only 1 use then have to recharge which is abit annoying because if you forget its means you cant use it

I bought this twice, first time it simply stopped working, so I returned it for a replacement as it is an excellent shaver, but the same thing happened again, it simply stopped responding to the power button. It comes with instructions on how to reset it but that doesn’t work, it begs the question why would they make such a complicated device, other cheaper shavers simply plough through. If they re-release a new and improved version I will give it a go as it is the best I have used, but so disappointing it lasts only a week

Fonctionne très bien mais j'ai eu de très gros soucis dès le départ comme parfois relatés dans les commentaires. Il passait directement en mode sécurité et après plusieurs tentatives, la batterie était déchargée, une plaie ! A présent, je le trempe dans de l'eau de Cologne avant démarrage et durant le rasage (quand j'entends que le moteur commence à avoir du mal ) et je n'ai plus aucun problème. De plus, ça m'évite les irradiations. De cette manière, les lames ne s'encrassent plus, le mode sécurité ne se déclenche plus et l'autonomie est conforme à celle indiquée. Pour l'efficacité, il suffit de faire des mouvements rotatifs dans un sens puis dans l'autre. Lustrer, frotter pour ceux qui ont la ref ;-)

Trabajando bien hasta el momento. Le puse 4 estrellas porque llegó tarde. Sin embargo, atención a clientes lo resolvió y me compensó por el retraso. Muy buen servicio en ese aspecto.

Después de cada uso solo limpiaba las cuchillas con el cepillito que viene y los típicos golpecitos para que caiga la viruta de pelo... Pues bien si solo limpias así las cuchillas o con un enjuague rápido del grifo seguramente NO SIRVE. Un día le doy se bloquea y no funciona... Casualmente descubro que quitando las cuchillas sin ellas funciona perfectamente... Pues bien el problema es que la viruta de pelo acaba quedando en las cuchillas por los alrededores y el mecanismo gira duro, de hecho están duras girando con la mano... Por eso la máquina no tiene potencia y se para... SOLUCIÓN: cuchillas a la ducha con la alcachofa en modo chorro presión... Sino salió ahí viruta de pelo que baje dios y lo vea... Impresionante... No se aprecia en las fotos porque ya las hice tarde, pero recomiendo limpiar bien como digo cada cierto tiempo y ya sale toda la viruta... O a lo mejor enjuagando bien la cuchilla en agua sumergida y moviéndola bien valdría... Al caso la monté de nuevo en la máquina y ya gira y funciona sin problemas. Por lo que si el problema que os pasa es este, posiblemente las cuchillas no estén bien limpias y van cogiendo viruta de pelos y no giran bien, por lo que la máquinita no puede y se bloquea. Espero que sirva la aportación. Por lo demás, la máquina es comoda y de momento a 3 meses de uso sin pegas. No hace un súper rasurado de cuchilla liso liso, pero es perfecto para mi gusto, fácil, limpio y rápido. Un saludete a los compis calvetes!!
