Q: Are these peanut free ?

No. The back of the package, even on just the milk chocolate ones, says “contains peanuts”...I got this information from the company website. It doesn’t list peanuts in the ingredients but guessing they have all the same equipment for everything and they make a peanut gem as well as peanut cups. Some people may be fine with it but I know for those with severe allergies, it would not be recommended. I did email the company and thank them for making dye free treats and asked, if it were ever possible, to look into separate processing equipment for the milk chocolate gems.

Q: Are they gluten free?

They're not certified gf. None of the ingerdients contain gluten, but they are processed in a plant that processes wheat products.
