Purchased March ‘25, no problems at all! Take public transport, and despised lugging home heavy bottles of water, waiting for transport that is usually unreliable, then have to carry on long walk home. Was extremely hopeful! Tested water, was perfect! Water tastes fine, absolutely no mold problems (keep away from heat and windows to avoid temperature fluctuation), am respectful of design and careful not to overfill. After charging and set up the charge lasted about 5mths when light then turned red. Still worked until I charged, but stayed red afterwards. This didn’t affect anything, just a color change. Then, one day, about a week ago, light had suddenly turned blue again. Still, no change to quality. Haven’t yet had to change filter but had purchased set of 3 as spares, in case of what was becoming obvious…tariffs. Now that workers have finally been paid, am just about to purchase another! …and, spare filters! Heh! Heh! Am Really, Truly, happy with this product!

I wanted to buy a water dispenser that helps us to reduce the consumption of bottled water. I’ve tried a few alternatives in the past but they didn’t really work out. Either the water didn’t taste very good or something else. This one so far has been performing excellent. In terms of the taste of water and I am so glad to say that our bottled water consumption has significantly reduced thanks to this dispenser. After reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive of the water dispensing slowing after some time but since June this has been doing great. No dispensing issues, I charge it once in a few weeks and it never got out of battery. The filter works well, i was of the notion that it may be very slow but no complaints. This dispenser has a decent size and very elegant design. Looks great on our kitchen island. Highly recommend for anyone looking to cut plastic waste and enjoy great-tasting water.

Love this! Lasts way longer in between fill ups than I thought. Family of five! Only need to fill up 2x per week. And we drink a decent amount of water. Water tastes great. We keep it in the fridge and it works great. We’ve had it for about 2 months and have only re-charged it once

I’ve been using this water filter dispenser for a while now and it’s been really convenient. The large size is great since I don’t have to refill it too often. The water tastes good, and the electric dispensing feature is super handy. It’s easy to set up and looks nice on the counter. Overall I’m very happy with it and would recommend it.

Great water purifier. Pumps out pretty fast. Mich faster than I was expecting. I love that unlike a regular Brita pitcher you don't have to take forever to fill it up.

Super simple to use and easy change filters. Hardly any set up at all and you could probably figure it out even without the included instructions. It does make noise but not overly so. It's a nice big size which works for our family, three of us being heavy water drinkers. It fills a glass or bottle quickly which I really love. The water tastes excellent and has no odor at all. I will never be without this little machine. It also looks nice on the counter and is super easy to clean.

Stopped working on day 3, as though battery died, but I really liked it before that. Called customer service, which was such a hassle. First, he told me that it needed a new filter. I asked how is that possible when the filter was used only 3 days but estimated to be used for 90 days? I had kept track and only used 7 gallons. Then he asked me if the issue is the charging cord or not. I told him I don't know, that I used the cord that came with it, as well as other cords we have since it fits phone cords, but none charge it. He asked me about the type of cords, like the wattage or voltage, so I read him what the cords said and he told me I don't seem to understand him. I asked him what information he wants, and he said never mind. He kept asking me the product name, so I kept reading him the product name off of the Amazon title since I no longer had the box. He kept saying that doesn't help because they have a lot of products, then named off various products. I kept explaining that the names he used were not obviously connected to my product. I read him what I could find on the product, as well as on the Amazon description. He kept signing and treating me like I was stupid, explaining more slowly that they have various products. I kept telling him I can only give him the Amazon description and that if his system doesn't label products the same that I don't know how to help. I asked him if I can email him a picture of the product and a screenshot from Amazon, but he told me that wasn't necessary. He asked me about the color for the 10th time. He said he would have someone contact me via email. After well over an hour of talking to him on the phone, facing his condescending attitude, I felt very frustrated that he seemed to have a hard time understanding that I was not making up a description but simply reading him the title and descriptive info from online. Since I was facing a lot personally, with my son returning home from a ruined trip with Covid and packing up the whole house by myself for a move while taking care of 7 puppies and my other animals and my young daughter while still going to work every day, when I opened the email and saw it was going to be more round and round I just gave up. I threw the water filter and container away. My sons and daughter never liked it anyway, convinced that it turned on for them but not off so spilling quite a few times--and this was an 8, 18, and 22 year old so not just little kids. It was a little finicky, but I learned it likes the entire finger tip over the sensor, not too quickly, and to stop before filling the glass too near the rim in case I needed to try a second time to turn it off. It fills the glass slowly. But I really liked the look and the concept

This is an absolutely fantastic pitcher , At least for me So easy to set up and you can use it plugged in via USB or buy battery I absolutely love it so far but I've only had it a couple days and absolutely no complaints
