Very sturdy! Made in China, but good quality.

Good Price and solidly built. I purchased it to use to lift car tires from the ground to the tire rack located 5' above the ground. It works well.

WORKS AS IT SHOULD. EASIER THAN ANY FLAT RACHET STRAP.

I use mine to put tires on racks at top of garage. This one isn't strong enough to hoist the wheel without lifting the load a bit but it feel very secure while I am on a ladder putting wheels up or down.
