These things work like a charm for sourdough. They’re so easy to use because they are intuitive! They fit perfectly in the Dutch oven, depending on size, and they’re so helpful! They’re just sticky enough. They help give the bottom of the bread a perfect brown. They’re sturdy and definitely keep the loaf in place. They’re easy to clean and for the price, you can’t beat them!

These silicone pads for baking in 2 sizes work well in smaller sized casseroles or baking sheets. The small one fits my brownie pan. The others fit my glass casseroles. Just remember to not use sharp anything to cut on them. I used a plastic spatula gently and no problem. Or slide out onto a cooking rack, baking sheet or platter. Foil or parchment works also.

These have saved my knuckles from burns quite a few times! I place the dough onto these, then score it & place it inside of the hot Dutch oven. The sides fold in, the lid goes on & into the oven it goes! When I remove the bread, it super simple!

Nice for a round loaf. Thought they were two different sizes but they’re the same. Works well.
