It just works!
Upgraded from old Kickr that did not support virtual shifting. Fantastic unit that does everything I want. Virtual shifting, accurate, responsive and no need for calibration.

sold as new but is used. Missing parts
The product arrived with signs of having been opened, some dirt/dust. And most seriously, it was missing the power cord, manuals, and installation kit. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it after I checked the problem. Sold as new, but It was used for 49km and 6 hours as we can see in the print.

Pricey but amazing!
Costs more than the Wahoo Kickr Move but I am invested heavily in the Garmin ecosystem so I chose the Neo 3M. It does not disappoint! Amazing road feel, incredibly quiet operation, and fabulous erg mode when not using the training videos. Connects well right out of the box compared to the finicky Neo 2T. LAN and wireless connection demands the Garmin accessory for it. I am very happy with this purchase.

Most Realistic training out of all that I have tries. Well worth the money.

La caja vino re etiquetada lo que me generó desconfianza de que el producto sea nuevo, pero gracias a la misma app de tacx training pude revisar que el rodillo tenía menos de 20kms de uso lo cual es el rango aceptable ya que los someten a test antes de lanzarlos al mercado. El código tenía una falla en un dígito entonces tuve que adivinar cuál era para hacer válida mi suscripción prueba de 3 meses. En mi caso que tengo una bici 9v tuve que colocar el espaciador incluído de 1mm para adaptar el cassette, fuera de eso lo recomiendo ampliamente es muy interactivo y se nota la tecnología de movimiento

Terrible design and I sent mine back the same day I received it and bought the Wahho Kickr v6 that works flawless... There a known issue with some Tacx NEO 3M setups, especially when using Shimano 12-speed road derailleurs like mine,the Ultegra R8100 with an 11-34T cassette. Its cases rubbing when in the largest cog is likely due to the derailleur cage or pulley wheel contacting the trainer’s fixed hub shell...its 2025!
