I decided to buy this composter after seeing it in my friend’s house and being really impressed with how compact and convenient it was. After using it for couple a days, I’m genuinely pleased with the purchase. It fits perfectly on my countertop, and the grey colour matches my kitchen units so well that it almost looks like it was made to be part of the set. The machine itself is easy to use, surprisingly quiet, and does a great job breaking down food scraps. I’ve noticed a big reduction in the amount of waste going into my bin, and there’s no unpleasant smell at all. The cleaning mode is also a nice bonus and keeps everything fresh without much effort from me. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my kitchen — practical, tidy, and stylish. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone considering a home composter.

I bought this composter three months ago and followed all the instructions to the letter. Only added the correct food as per the manual, chopped it up into little pieces and cleaner regularly. I was so happy with it until it just stopped spinning and grinding the compost. So now it will dehydrate stuff but not break it down at all. Once you purchase there is no way to contact the seller for a replacement and I wish I'd read the reviews more thoroughly before purchasing as multiple other people have had this exact same issue. Purchase from a seller with a sign posted warranty and make sure you can contact them if anything goes wrong otherwise you're literally throwing away money. I'm so disappointed in this, worst purchase of 2025.

This is actually brilliant. A very good capacity and a machine that does all the work for you while maintaining hygiene and feshness. Couldn't be easier to use. It's good to go straight from the box and does an ace job. The seals are very good and there is absolutely no odour thanks to the filter included. Keeps the kitchen smell free and actuallyooks really nice at the same time. It works really quietly too. Just automaticay churns away doing the job for you. Excellent.

I tried to make pre-compost from coffee grounds, breadcrumbs, and a small amount of fish. For the first hour, the unit exuded a smell of roasting breadcrumbs. I went away for a couple of hours. When I came back, the entire house was stinking of rotten fish. Every single room. The filter was new of course, and I removed the labels and followed all instructions. The rubber seals were present and intact. Despite that, the filter clearly didn't work. I ended up with nausea, a headache, and a running nose. The instruction manual claims fish is appropriate for the composter. It wasn't salmon, or smoked haddock, or pilchards or anything like that. It was cod. And it was a forkful. Less than a tablespoon. And it was only a few hours old at the time. I have ovened and air fried entire fillets of cod hundreds of times in my life. I've even burnt fish in the oven, and I've still never smelt something as horrible as what this supposedly filtered composter produced. The instruction manual claims that it has an ozone generator. The unit I received either doesn't have one or it's faulty. I had to use my industrial ozone generator to remove the fish stink, treating one room of the house at a time. The filter change light switched on immediately after the first and only time I used it, instead of in 6 months. The filter light reset function fails to work, so there's at least one electronic fault. If the instruction manual didn't lie about the ozone generator, there are at least two distinct electronic faults. After using it once, the filter stinks of rotten fish.

I'm loving this machine so far. It's been in use for around a month. There have been no issues. It does what it claims to do and at a competitive price, given the competition. It takes its time (around 4 hours). I hope it lasts.

What an upgrade this it! Granted my previous system was just a food waste bad inside a little wooden compost caddy that was manually filled and emptied etc... but this is a revelation for me. First of all it arrived fast and was very well packaged. Really happy with the while process. Secondly setting this up took meer seconds. it's pretty much a case to taking it out of the box and starting use straight away. Just out the grounds (or scraps/peels etc) in whenever you have them and let the machine do the work. It's quiet and highly effective. Can't companion one bit. The filters and seals seem excellent and strong. Absolutely no smell coming from this once in use and that's exactly why I bought it really. It also looks pretty nice. Is compact but with a large 'tank' and fits in nicely in the kitchen. loving it so far.

Extremely happy with this. I relieves me of storing scraps in the freezer then trekking them to the composter in the wooded are of my yard. My decision to buy this was the solution of what to do with the uneaten wet and dry kitty food (I have picky eaters). I put in egg shells, vege scraps, potato peels and in about 6 hrs it’s a fine completely composted to a dust I sprinkle in the garden. It fits in a corner, I can keep scraps for a week without smell, it emits a hum-not overly loud but I turn it on for overnight. Very good purchase.

Acquistato per sostituire il filtro del mio compostatore nutrichef. Preso originale perché ha un prezzo contenuto e conveniente, inoltre è facilmente sostituibile e il suo ruolo è quello di aiutare ad assorbire gli odori. Si accenderà una spia quando sarà il momento di cambiare il filtro..

This is the second composter that I have bought. The first was from a different manufacturer but served me well for seven years with almost daily use. This one makes equally good compost. It’s probably only truly environmentally friendly if you have Solar Panels though

It's brilliant very happy with it there is no mess it's clean and great for plants would recommend it 😀
