Best there is by far.
Used many products, and long story short this stuff is by far the best. As a mobile mechanic I don't believe in spraying directly in and hoping for the best with any product as there's far more than the eye can see within the intake tract, especially up towards the intake manifold and egr entry and I can assured you that you would not want the soildrock carbon freeing up and entering the engine. This is the only spray I have used that made the job time half, it literally melts the solid rock (carbon) so you don't have to basically chisel it off.

Had an effect
Had EGR issues on VW Polo (sticking open), engine warning light on dash. Used can as directed (disconnect air pipe downstream of MAF and spray approx half the can into air pipe in short bursts while engine running, allowing engine idle to recover between sprays). Shut down engine, restarted and went for 10min test drive, shut down engine and restarted and the engine warning light stayed off, noticably better idle, low end and mpg. However issue came back after 300miles. Repeated with remainder of can and got another 300miles before light came back on. It is possible my EGR is too clogged for this method, but going to try a can of Wynn's to see if better than this one before forking out for garage repair.

Effective
Used this as a last resort to try and save my dying Freelander but sadly she was too poorly. I have no interest in fixing cars and little knowledge but found this product simple to use. It did what it said and LOTS of black smoke/muck came out if the back so was very effective. I don't think it was the solution to my particular problem but did what it was supposed to. You would get two treatments out of the can, at a push three. Just be wary of where you do it as a lot of muck will blow out of the exhaust particularly the first time you accelerate so be mindful of doing it on a nice drive or against the house

Worked well
Bought an old 2005 diesel X Trail. Only had chance for a low speed test run. When I got it on the open road it was pumping out black smoke on gear change especially. Poured this through it exactly as instructed and it's made a huge difference. Low mileage car barely used had clogged up I guess.

Works as intended
Had an EGR fault code reported on my VW Golf after having the engine management light come on. Quick clean with this and problem has been resolved. Very easy to use, only need to disconnect part of the air intake system to get access to spray product in. Took me around 10-15 minutes to get my problem solved.
