This is a great starter for people starting on milk thistle it's easy to take and is able to be able to schedule time to take the pills but does hit the stomach hard if you don't eat

I always use milk thistle, liver detox but I take 1 a day and when I drink I don't have a hangover. Bonus! This stuff I will forever take. No side effects and simple just overall great for you.

Had to quit my old favorite brand of Milk Thistle. Contained more in it, but a new big food company took it over and destroyed the ingredients, added all kinds of toxins...This new one here is ok. Has less milk thistle and has dandelion added. I will take 2.So many good foods, natural herbs... are being bought by bad people that ruin the product.I am glad Amazon has this good one here.

Its good for health and liver and immunity

These pills are easy to take and work great! Comparable to something you could get at a prescription store or alternative medicine store for a cheaper price.

It is my first experience with this brand of milk thistle supplement, and so far, I am satisfied with the product. I also appreciate that this supplement's list of ingredients is fairly clean, without too many fillers. The claim use of non-GMO, vegan friendly, soy and dairy free ingredients added to the assurance of quality. It is also made in a GMP certified facility, 3rd party tested and made in the USA. However, like most herbal supplements, the efficacy can only be assessed with longer-term use. For now, based on my limited use, I have yet to experience any side effects. These I find the capsules also easy to swallow without any weird aftertaste. Given its formulary, it's also competitively priced and thus a supplement that I can recommend.
