This is my second Camera ( both the same model ) I found them very easy to set up and i'm 74 so if I can do it you can ,ok let's start The camera i of good design not to heavy but still of good quality, The day ( colour ) picture is of great clear quality The night picture is exactly the same only in BW. the battery has a good life it has never gone flat thanks to the solar charging the motion sensor is easy to adjust to your needs, very good field of view, I suppose the question is are they worth the money yes it is and I would certainly buy again

I liked the quick and easy set up of the app, along with its functionality, including alerts. The ease of which it is to control the rotation of the camera from my phone. This with the high quality colour images and the night time mages are equally impressive. This is helped by the cameras built in sensor light. Although I've only installed it recently, the tough outer covering looks like it will endure the elementsfor some time to come.

Easy enough to set up,battery charges ok with dull weather and Wi-Fi never dropped out.Good quality pictures.Only down side I’ve found is camera sometimes moves for no reason,easy enough to correct but a bit annoying.Overall value for money.Time will tell how long it will last

Being a great fan of ieGeek cameras I make know appologies for my praise of this companies great products. I already have four cameras operating on the outside of my property, all easily operated by the great ieGeek App. This model is the first I've bought with panning options (360 degrees) so I can see more areas of my garden. Battery operated so know wiring needed you can place this camera wherever you want & as it comes with a solar panel, it charges the unit for you. With operation via WiFi you only need to hook up to your home setup to use this camera.With motion detection, two way audio, night vision, warning siren & the option to hook up to Amazon Alexa you have an all in one security setup. You don't need to subscribe to anything & you have the option of fitting a max 128gb SD micro card for recording. All options & help with recording & operating are available via manual & online.The picture quality is brilliant day/night & with the brilliant & easy to use app on your phone you can operate, record, take pictures & even tell someone off via audio. This is a brilliant camera which I highly recommend as I do with all ieGeek products.

Ok this is a 10 month review on this cctv camera. Initial set up and quality great and straight forward. Great picture and functioning movement from the app control at the start.Probably my fault but I installed the camera on a tree that in spring had the leaves appeared and which then stopped the charging of the device. From that point onwards the battery would not charge more that 5% even when moved into direst no tree sunlightIt stopped the solar panel from working due to lack of sunlight.I also had an issue with the camera moving to a 90* invert all on its own when I was remotely panning the view. It took over control and you had to manually return it to your desired position.However when being in contact with IeGeek services the matter was rectified with a new unit being sent out within 72hrs Thank you. The new camera works great.Totally recommended for the appliance and the customer service.

I recently purchased the ieGeek PTZ solar camera and was incredibly disappointed with its performance. Despite following the instructions carefully and having a strong Wi-Fi connection, I was unable to establish a stable connection with the camera. The device frequently dropped connections and was never successfully recognized by my Alexa app.Detailed Review:Setup Issues: The setup process was straightforward, but I encountered immediate problems with connecting the camera to my Wi-Fi network. Even with a strong signal, the connection was unstable and often dropped.Alexa Integration: I attempted to integrate the camera with Alexa but was unsuccessful. The device was not discoverable in the Alexa app, and searching for relevant skills yielded no results.Customer Support: I reached out to customer support for assistance but received limited help. Their troubleshooting suggestions online while offices were closed were not effective in resolving the issues I was facing.Overall:The ieGeek PTZ solar camera was a significant disappointment. Its poor connectivity and lack of compatibility with Alexa made it virtually unusable. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable smart home security camera.Additional Notes:I have extensive experience with smart home devices and was able to follow the setup instructions accurately.I have returned the product to Amazon and have requested a refund. However, I am disappointed that Amazon is unable to reimburse me for the installation costs I incurred.I have researched online reviews and found that many other customers have had similar experiences with this product.Recommendation:If you are considering purchasing a smart home security camera, I would recommend exploring other options that have a proven track record of reliability and compatibility.
