Works as a splitter for sure. I wanted to use in my Cybertruck to allow for dashcam and the tesla caraoke microphone receiver. The problem i have with it is that it doesn't stay stiff enough to stay in the position you rotated it to. Instead, it wants to stay north/south vs east/west

All of the ports were (eventually) able to be plugged into, although I did have to force two of the regular USB ports with plugs that go smoothly into ports on other devices.The quality feels incredibly cheap, but for the price it’s only a little worse than I expected.The rotating capability is neat - if it was able to maintain a secure connection to the laptop. Depending on the angle, the weight of the device would pull the plug slightly out of the port and my devices would all disconnect.The biggest issue for me by far is the false advertising that the USB-C provides charging and bi-directional capabilities - such as you would expect from a USB-C port. I can easily plug into the port, which is better than can be said for the regular USB ports. However, neither does it charge my device nor does it allow for connecting my laptop to an external monitor for dual-screen functionality.The main reason I bought this device was the combination of extra USB ports while also full USB-C functionality. All of the ports eventually were registered by my laptop as having something plugged into them - they just didn’t work in the way I expected.Don’t waste your money or hopes on this.

but after opening the package I set it aside waiting for other parts to come in the mail. Then I lost it in my house.. many months later I still havent found it. But, I believe it would have been great for my purposes had I not lost it.
