Very cushiony
Thick and cushiony. There was a trimming size guide, by shoe size. Very easy.p

Needs glue
Needs to come with super glue they slid off and out the back of my shoes until I bought gorilla glue to glue um

Cutting kills it for me.
They are very cushy. However having size 6 women’s foot these are enormous. My foot doesn’t really fit well as the wide of my foot is barely above the straight part at the bottom. Then when you cut the top to fit your shoe you can only use it for closed toed shoes because the foam is yellow and blue and you can see it obviously. I understand maybe you can make one for every size but a one size fits a 5 women’s to 12 men’s is just useless.

Perfect fit
Had a callus on sole of one foot. Definitely relieved pain until callus was removed.

Insole bunches up under foot
These do not stay in place. They bunched up under my foot the first time using them. The bottoms of these have a slick surface that won't stay put, even when the insole is cut to completely fill the shoe from toe to heel.

Firm insole not enough cushion
The insole features a relatively thin foam layer that leans toward the firmer side. Its low rebound rate results in slower cushioning response, which affects pressure dispersion and overall comfort. So didn't provide the kind of pressure relief or comfort I was hoping for. It looks fine, but just doesn’t feel great on your feet. Users seeking responsive support or relief from foot fatigue may find this model underwhelming.
