These drops work
One application of these Gel Drops keeps my eyes lubricated all day. Every other type of eye drops that I have used required hourly applications. I am happy that I found REFRESH Gel Drops!

It's the little dispensers that are the problem
I like these eye drops very much. I really dislike the little plastic dispensers. I accidentally scratched my eye with the rough plastic from the removable twisty cap and I can not really feel if the eye drops went into my eyes. I can always feel it when it lands on my cheek. I wish the manufacturer would offer these eye drops in the original packaging too. Some of us can not see that well and co-ordination is not always that precise.
