Let me start by saying that coming from someone to has used the brand Sweet Sweat & finally using "The Sweat Stick"... I can have something to compare and differentiate with as far as value of money, scent, and overall quality. Sweet Sweat, smells tropical (which can be a downfall for some because of allergies). Glides on, just like deodorant. Seems to take a 15-30 mins to start kicking in and working when exercising. The Sweat Stick; although it doesn't have a specified scent...it smells great! It's not overbearing! Just like the sweet sweat, it glides on smoothly like deodorant (don't have to worry about rubbing it in). Takes less than 10 mins and you already have a sensation of it starting to work, even when not exercising. Also feels like it could help keep your skin moisturized instead of drying it out which isn't a terrible thing. Both products are the same size, same type of packaging, and are meant to be used in the same sense. Although Sweet Sweat has less ingredients, for some fragrance pulls an important factor due to allergies. Value of money is also a big pro when it comes to The Sweat Stick! It's affordable!!! I could definitely get behind The Sweat Stick and continuing to use it to see further results! All because of the amount of time it took to start working and helping create the circulation in my stomach area and start the sweating process, that truly makes a difference! *Will write a newer review after longer use of product!*

I had hopes that this would be a good product. But when I put it on it started to burn my skin after a few minutes. It wasn’t just lightly hot like other pre workout creams, it was burning my skin. I had to stop my workout and jump in the shower.

I received my sweat stick on time as expected and packaged well with no damage. I was pleasantly surprised by the smell and texture of this product. I found the smell to be very refreshing and calming. The texture of the stick was smooth and easy to apply on my belly, arms and legs. It did not leave a greasy or oily feeling which I also loved about this product. I began to feel warm and tightening sensation after 5 to 6 mins. It lasted through my 45 min workout and I did notice a sweat increase in the areas where I applied the product. I have used the product now a few times and will continue use to improve my fitness goals. I would recommend trying this if you want to increase your results.

I just got it and the only reason I'm writing a bad review already because it does not come out. I should had made a video but I'm a mom and have kids and a job that I don't have time to create the video but to write this review because I want to warn people. I'm pretty sure the product works wonders but not being able to come out if you properly spin the bottom of it like a deodorant really sucks! The whole point of me getting this product was for my hands to be less messy and news flash for me looks like it failed on that now I have to put my fingers into action. Rubbing it in is not a problem because we do this with everything, but I thought my fingers would had done less of a work and nope. So yea that sucks I'll write another review if I feels like it does the other job. But for now it's a 3 star product for me :/

I feel the burn! It is erfect for when I'm running. You get what you paid for.
