I bought these to replace driving lights in a 2018 Jeep Compass. I already replaced the fog lights, so these were creating a more uniform look, when one of the halogen drivers went out. I love the look! Not too difficult putting them in. The hardest part is working in a small area, and that’s not the bulbs fault. The price was great also.

The seller made the item right for us. These lights wire harness didn't fit exactly and have a glow when the vehicle is turned off

The product does not click in place with the wiring harness. It is loosely connected due to not properly fitting. The lights also stay dimly on resulting in a LED ghosting effect that will drain your battery.

I love the look of these bulbs. Instantly changed the look of my compass when I removed the Halogen bulbs and replaced with these! They arrived fast and were easy to install. Like most people said, there is a dim afterglow of the bulbs for about 20 minutes after the car is turned off. This is just residual current in the bulb. Not a problem for me since I love the way the LED looks.

Purchased Nov. 10, 2021 - For 2018 Jeep Compass Had to find some replacement bulbs when the driver side DTR light went out. As others have said, these flicker a little bit when they turn on and they have a dim light that lingers when the car is turned off. Noticeable at night. Eventually turns off all the way by itself, though not sure how long it takes for it to do that. Never sat there a waited. It did not trigger the "Service Engine" light or give me any weird "Cam bus" related messages. And did not have to install "Load Resistors" (although that might eliminate the flickering at initial turn on). Once on, the light is solid. How long these will last, only time will tell. Liking the white color. It feels like a part of the car has joined the rest of the world.

Fit the 2018 Jeep compass perfect

I give a 3 star only because the 1/2 that I got did work and is bright and looks good. The other 2/2 light I got twisted itself apart when I tried twisting it into the housing. It's so cheaply made that it couldn't withstand the twisting force needed to install. I noticed that the bulb rattled and would not tighten no matter what I did. I took it out and the outer casing had come loose. Loose enough to where the pins that hold it together ripped out.
