Rivets...just what I needed

These are the longest, 1/8 Width size I could find and every DIY riveter will be happy to have these. These are 3/4” long, and ideal to fix my grill grates that have loose welds after 16th. I used self tap screws, but heads stuck up too high for my liking; so I decided on long rivets, and these worked fine. Heat is not an issue. I recommend these. Good luck. Mark in NY

After purchasing these and ordering some others with the full expectation that these would either grip too thick or too thin, since the description doesn’t say one way or another, and now I’m returning the others at the “pro store” locally. These gripped 1/4” all the way up to nearly 3/4. You’ll need a lot of grip strength to press these, but they’re perfect for what I needed!

The item was a perfect fit for the chair I was working on and worked very well for putting it back together.

I ordered the 1/8” diameter, 3/4” grip option, but it was not as described. The grip was 1/2”. I returned it and tried ordering another thinking it might have been an error when picking the item in the warehouse. The second order was also sent as 1/8” diameter, 1/2” grip. Keep looking if you need the longer pop rivets.
