Love my tens unit and the pads are the perfect size for shoulders. The adhesive wears out after time but that is to be expected. I replace and buy new pads every 2-3 months

I lay down with this attached to my lower back and work it up to the highest setting. I do this for a few hours or more when I have time. Excellent drug-free pain relief, hands down. I've been simply rinsing the sticky pads after each use and let them dry off, then reapply to the slippery papers they are stored on. Still using these original pads they came with... Use almost every day since I received the TENS, over two weeks ago. Already got replacement pads for when required. ❤️‍🩹💕🙏🤗

I love the patches and the tens unit, but they don't stick for more than a week or so of uses. Just wish the packages came with a higher count of patches.

Pros: easy to apply, I like the size Cons: Adhesive pads lose stickiness quickly, especially during workouts (sometimes only a couple of uses). To get the best results, wipe your skin with rubbing alcohol before applying. If a pad has lost adhesion, it may cause an uncomfortable shock. Replacement pads are sold only in kits that include multiple styles. I like the butterfly pad, but I end up paying for ones I don’t use since they’re bundled together. Adhesive quality could be better—I’d gladly pay more for higher-quality pads. With improved pad quality and more flexible replacement options, this would be an excellent product.
