These work great with my hearing aids. I got them as the larger type that surround your ears tended to cause feedback with my hearing aids. I wear these with the speakers quite high up on my ears to match the microphones of my HAs. Sound is nice and bright and plenty loud enough. Very happy with them!

I tried a couple of wireless high-end headsets but experienced connectivity issues and hissing noise/interference. Decided to go for a wired headset and chose the EPOS C1 Advanced Business Headset with USB-C Connectivity. Massively cheaper than the other headsets, I was surprised at how good the audio quality of the headphones was and when using in Teams people were impressed at the clarity of the audio. The headset is very light and comfortable to wear during prolonged meetings. You won’t have any trouble with sweaty ears as they are on-ear as opposed to over-ear. The physical hardware mute is very useful as well. Initially it muted teams so people could see I was on mute, but for some reason I can now mute calls without appearing on mute, which is great if you want to cough, sneeze, yawn or complain about things without being heard. Sound cancelling is good too. I tested them with a colleague and they managed to filter out sniffs, sneezes and even noises of a gaseous nature. That’s a big win in my books. One thing worth mentioning is the two expensive headsets I previously tried didn’t get along well with Voicemod (the fun voice changing / soundboard app), however much to my surprise this headset works really well with it and I do enjoy playing some of the fun sound effects to liven up the team meetings (trombone, drumroll, audience laughter etc). To summarise, a great set of wired headphones and well worth the price (under £30 at the time of ordering).

One channel louder than the other - clearly faulty. Returned item.

Decent sound and build quality

Build quality is somewhat flimsy. It works and sound is ok, it does have a controller for up/down vol and mute which is handy Some concerns that cable is really thin and that at some point the USB connector may have issues. Its not very comfortable for someone with a big head, the set does extend, but again seems somewhat flimsy. For occasional use with my macbook its fine

The headphones work seamlessly with my phone, and I've had no issues with the connection. However, the design of the speakers means they don't fit tightly on your head, so you might need to increase the volume for better sound quality. Overall, they are a decent option.

This is a good product. It comes in a nice box and then wrapped in tissue inside. No plastic waste. Good call! The headset is very light, very comfortable. The mic sounds great. You can hear it at the end of my video. The headphones are loud and clear. No distortion. I spend a lot of time on the phone during the day and hate to hold the phone against my ear. This headset is comfortable for long calls with no sound compromise. I have tried it on my PC and my Pixel 7 pro. Both were plug and play and all of the buttons worked with no tweaking. Volume up and down and mute. A red LED comes on when it is muted. The cable is around 5 ft long so you don't have to sit that close to your device. I received this free of charge to review as part of the Vine Programme. Would I spend my own money on it? Definitely. It is the best headset I've owned and is reasonable for a product of the quality. 5*

My job necessitates lots of video calls in open offices so I'm always in need of high quality headphones. The headphones are and ergonomic so I was able to wear them extended periords without any issues. The leatherette ear cushions provide a comfortable fit, blocking external noise for an immersive audio experience. The in-line controller was decent with intuitive controls for adjusting volume, muting the microphone, and managing calls. The mute LED indicator ensures you never accidentally broadcast when you shouldn't. Overall, the EPOS C1 Advanced Business Headset is an excellent choice for professionals seeking a high-performance audio solution that seamlessly integrates with modern devices. Its got good audio quality, noise cancellation, and with user-friendly design, this make it a standout choice for productive and efficient communication.
