Perfect gift for 5yr old
I got this as a gift for my son 5th birthday and he is absolutely loving it. We take it on the trail in the evenings which has lot of steeps and inclines and the bike is powerful enough to handle them.The range is unbelievable, we went on a 8 mile trail with me biking and my son riding on his bike and the battery is still at 50%. We make sure to charge the bike overnight to charge it to 100% for max range. My kid easily got adopted to throttle and learned how to control speed and with disk brakes, it is quick to stop.Installation is a breeze and It took us less than 15 mins to put the bike together. Overall its a powerful bike which is fun to ride for kids and being compact, it is easy to carry around in suv or minivan.

Nearly killed my grandson!
BIKE DEFECTIVE after 1.5 hours total use - throttle stuck huge dangerThis bike was absolutely wonderful right up until 3 weeks after the date to report manufacture defects/return. The throttle got stuck ON and my kid could have been fatally thrown into the street by the bike. Luckily he did the right thing and took a hefty fall to avoid this. We weren't able to shut the bike off, the wheel kept going full speed with the throttle off. We either need a parts catalogue to replace the throttle component, or to return the bike for a better model. Either way, 3 months (estimated 1.5 hours of ride time), should not become defective this quickly.

Great bike for kids
Great present for kids. I got it for my 5 year old son and he absolutely loves it. Easy to control and just the right speed for kids. Arrived sooner than expected and was very easy to assemble as the instructions are very simple and easy to follow. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good kids bike

Cool bike
My daughter absolutely loves this bike! Took some practice but she’s got it figured out now and has a blast. She just turned 6 and fits on it perfect. Quality of the bike is solid. It’s a little heavy. Battery lasts a decent amount of time. Great starter e-bike.

Don’t buy for your child.
Absolutely horrible. I bought this bike for my very excited 4 year old son for his birthday. We decided to give it to him before his big day because he was so excited and asking everyday for an electric bike like his big brother. It worked for one afternoon for riding. Just stopped working and started beeping with no acceleration. Amazon made us pack the bike which was a terrible process of my son crying watching us take his bike apart and stuff it back in the box. It’s taken well over a week for the return center to receive it. Now it’s just waiting to be checked. We are out $400 and my kids birthday is tomorrow and he doesn’t have the ONE thing he asked for. And I per reviews I shouldn’t have gotten this back but it’s literally the only 14’ electric bike that looks like the larger adult ones on the market. Go Trax and Amazon have ruined my son’s 4th birthday.

Well Built and Value for the Money Super Bike - beginner to advanced
Right amount of power for a beginner and first learner alike this bike is smooth …yes smooth and that gives a confidant start …on the larger side but very adaptable and rideable for beginners…4 to 11 years …this bike is great and will accommodate a wide range of rides happily…this bike is by far the best built and best quality I have purchased…super value for the money.

Awesome electric bike for kids
We got this electric bike for our 9-year-old son and he’s loving it. May grow out of it fast as he's tall. It was really easy to put together, the instructions were clear, and it was ready to ride in no time. The bike looks great and feels sturdy, and the adjustable seat is a nice bonus.Our son has been riding it around the neighborhood with a big smile on his face. The speed is perfect, fun but still safe. Overall I'm happy.

Need contact asap-REALLY
Leaving 2 stars becauseCustomer service has been of no help. My 5 year old was obsessed with this bike and treated it so good! We started with a cheap one last year and he proved himself worthy of getting this one.The battery lasted so long UNTIL IT DIDNT WORK other than’beep beep beep beep’. He brought it out of the doorway it accelerated for 2 seconds and then quit. My husband has reached out to no avail.This was a big purchase for me and it is a very big deal. I need contact asap
