Best face cradle out there. I’ve been an LMT for 15 years. This is hands down the most adjustable/comfortable face cradle/cushion I’ve ever used(and holy cow have I used a lot!)

I had an older model. This is an improvement on the previous one even though the other one was revolutionary as far as headrest go. This one stepped back and returned some conventional parts to this precise awesome design. The cusion and the frame have most range of movement of any other face-rest. The fusion is firm yet soft while it is very thick. The frame's simple and easy adjustability is the same as the previous model but because the cusion changed the facecradle had to change as well. Sturdiness takes some time to use and test. In the end, I would say it is still a great face rest. It is probably sturdier than the last model but a bit more conventional as far comfortable cusion. Regardless, I know of no other face-rest that is as easy to adjust or has the range for clients with severe forward heads or even vertigo can find a position face down

This Earthlite headrest seems super comfy and cushy. I have only had it a few weeks but so far everyone says its the best one yet. the previous ones i have used end up slipping away to the side thus your face ends up on something hard or they just dont stay attatched to the velcro which doesnt stay attached to the pillow. the bottom side of this pillow is completely covered in velcro so it it will stay put wherever it is placed on top of velcro. as long as the pillow keeps its thick cushy feel and the velcro stay attached to the bottom plastic side forever i will love this exspensive but FULLY WORTH THE $$$ face rest!!! The adjustibilty of this face rest is also great and stays in place! ( unlike the last two i bought from wish.com booo) as long as this equipment lasts i highly reccomend this product as a full time therapist who depends on the BEST for my clientele.

This is the 4th cradle I’ve purchased for my earthlite table and it is my favorite! No uncomfortable bar hitting your chin and after 2 hours face down in it, my sinuses never clogged. The cushion is super squishy yet supportive. So far, I love it! Hopefully, it holds up and frame doesn’t crack like some reviews say.
