I've been using this for a while now, and yes, it appears to have the "sleep" benefit. There is a down side: I was surprised with the directions. The serving size is to take 3 capsules, which I thoughtlessly neglected to look at before purchasing. For a supplement that requires continued use, also be aware that the price keeps increasing incrementally. This is a good product, but I will be on the lookout for something a little more "affordable".

These capsules are a nice size so are easy to swallow. The other magnesium I was taking, stll gave me morning leg cramps. Since I switched to this brand, no more leg cramps and I am sleeping better. This is a great product. A little expensive so look for sales.

Well, I bought this as magnesium is supposed to help with night leg cramps and for better sleep. After almost finishing the first bottle, I still have foot and leg cramps and difficulty with sleep. Also, it is recommended to take 3 tablets to get the right dose. I feel like I wasted my money and will not buy again.
