The 2 greatest benefits I notice with Transparent Labs Creatine is muscle recovery and muscle hydration. So it works very well at reducing the pain associated with DOMS, and giving you that full filled out muscle look. They need to make the 60 servings size available on Amazon as I tend to go through this small container pretty quickly. I think there are better values for amount of servings but they tend to be hit or miss on efficacy. Transparent Labs does have actual independent lab testing so you do know what's in it. You could say you;re paying for proof and quality. As for taste, I actually like most of the flavors but they tend to go out of stock often. It mixes well with water and I don't mix with anything else. Can't find reason to rate it lower than 5 stars. Maybe a bit on the pricey side but I think it is worth it. My body suffers after intense workouts without it.

I’m a long time supporter of Transparent Labs and this product. I’ve been using it for over 2 years now, and when I found out Amazon carried and delivered it, I was so stoked. However, when I received the product, it was hard as a rock, and looked like moister or heat got in it. In the picture you can see the yellow formation of rocks. Sadly couldn’t return, even though this product through Amazon. I tried some of the defective product, and it doesn’t mix well in water. Wouldn’t recommend Amazon

Been using Transparent Labs for about 6 months now, it works. Simple as that. I take it within 30 minutes of finishing my workout and in the morning on days I don’t work out, like the label says. I’ve noticed a difference in my muscle gain and strength. I have more energy between reps. Remember, while taking any kind of creatine increase your water intake. You risk damaging your kidneys if you don’t. I won’t use any other creatine, this one has been good to me.

This is the third time I had ordered thru Amazon this creatine powder and it arrived defective. After contacting the seller, transparent labs, they were extremely helpful in rectifying the situation and sending me a replacement.
