Works well, not plug and play however
Works well. Unfortunately does require installing drivers on linux as it was misbehaving without it.

Burned out
Mine burned out! Killed a raspberry pi when left plugged in overnight, and when I plugged it in my laptop to debug it finally gave up - smell of burning plastic and now struggling to get UPS return via Amazon (broken link on site).

Works great with RasPi Linux out of the box. I needed a USB dongle that had external antenna connectors and support for Passpoint (Hotspot 2.0) - this does both.

[Tested on Ubuntu 24.04 (two separate machines) and Windows 11] First things first, this device is not plug and play, Windows is not able to run it and the link to the drivers that Alfa themselves provide is dead. On linux, after installing the correct drivers (with no guidance from Alfa whatsoever), it simply does not work as it draws too much power, despite being tested on a modern motherboard which has USB 2.0, 3.0 and 3.2. At this point I'm done troubleshooting and I will be returning it as it nothing more than a plastic brick with a blue led on it. This issue is not isolated, and a quick google search will return dozens of posts complaining that this usb wifi adapter does not work in any way shape or form.

Top. Lieferung war schnell. Produkt funktioniert wie gewünscht. Das dieses Produkt sogar Bluetooth unterstützt hatte ich gar nicht auf dem Schirm. Aber jetzt kann ich sogar meine Bluetooth Geräte mit dem alten Laptop verbinden. Für diese positive Überraschung gebe ich gerne 5 Sterne.

This product works great. It is fully compatible with kali. Does monitor mode and packet injection. Works great. Highly recommended. If your after a wifi adapter where you can test your network security then this USB adapter is the one you want
