Stunning pictures and great information. I got this book for my Dad a few years ago at Christmas and he still reads through it and chats with me about interesting findings

Very informative, has the perfect balance of facts and photography. The pages seemed like they could’ve been nicer/glossy, but overall a great book!

A beautiful book about our great country's national parks...perfect for anyone who appreciates beautiful and awesome nature. The photos are phenomenal, and is perfect for someone who is a non-reader. Got this as a gift for my brother and he loved it. He went to Acadia and absolutely raved about it so I thought this would be a good gift for him. I wasn't wrong. A great price and a great gift.

This is a great book that describes each of the 62 national parks. It's about the size of a laptop- too small to be a coffee table book. There's some great pictures, but they look bland printed on regular paper vs. glossy paper. Each park section is not consistent either. Some parks have 4-5 pages and others only 1 or 2.That being said, we will use this book to daydream about future trips so it was still a great purchase! There's nothing in it you can't find online, but it's nice to have it all in one book where you can mindlessly flip through on the couch vs. having to go find it from internet sources.

Classic, simple, beautiful coffee table book. The books cover is matte so it’s not shiny at all. The pictures are gorgeous. It’s great for the price and a solid gift. I’d recommend.

I checked this book out at the library and fell in love with it so I bought it for my nomad daughter for Christmas. The stories are well thought out and well written. Lots of nice photos and juicy advice for the National Parks traveler. If this book does not ignite your lust for the Parks, nothing will.

We enjoy hiking and visiting parks and historic places. I purchased this book so my husband and I could plan future trips and possibly plan travel with out hiking group. My son spent time reading this book while he was visiting over Thanksgiving. We discussed possible family trips based on various locations featured in the book. This book will be used as a handy reference as we plan future outdoor adventures.

This is a gorgeous book highlighting the US National Parks. The 62 parks are organized by year of establishment and there is an index in the back. The pictures are stunning and each park has several pages of valuable yet varying information ranging from wildlife, best times of year to visit, popular hikes, historical facts, etc. Perfect for someone wanting to visit or just learn more about the National Parks. Bought this as a gift but think I might be ordering another one for myself!
