Don't buy it. No measurements, no fitting plan. Poor design, meaning you must strip it down to fit. Machine bolts so low quality you may as well use a bit of rotten potato as a fixing instead. An absolutely awful product. I'm a builder and fitter of 30 years in Scotland. Never seen such utter rubbish.

Un peu compliqué a monter car la notice n'est pas très explicite. Après quelques recherches sur le net j'ai pu trouver mieux mais en italien ou anglais, voir photo. Il serait vraiment bienvenue de revoir ces explications de montage qui ne doivent pas être faciles pour un novice. Prevoir aussi de se faire un gabarit de perçage. Au final par contre très bon produit, rapport qualité prix incomparable malgrélenpetit effort demandé. Vraiment très fonctionnel et costaud.

This is a very well made and well priced piece of gear. However, if you think you can install it on a Murphy Bed with the instructions provided, you are sadly mistaken. I found a set of plans for a Murphy Bed from Lee Valley tools that included a paper template for installing this assembly. The plans had detailed drawings and a cut list for all the plywood you need to make a Murphy bed. I had to pay for those plans, but it was a small price to pay for my sanity. You should also be aware that this thing puts a lot of tension on the bed, especially when it is in the fully open position. If you are not aware of what you are doing it can be potentially dangerous. I incorrectly adjusted the tension bolt (I loosened it all the way) when the bed was down. The springs broke off the retaining tabs inside the assembly. Scared the crap out of me. I managed to open up the mechanism and repair what I had done. Just wanted to warn you there is a lot of energy in those springs when they are stretched to the max. I built a vertical twin Murphy Bed and a vertical Queen bed. They both work great. It is also probably a good idea to order some additional hardware from Amazon such as an assortment of M6 bolts. The ones provided with the assembly were too long for use with 3/4” plywood. The problem is the bolts interfere with the mechanism if they are too long. Just order an assortment of different sizes, roughy 20 mm long and you’ll find the perfect ones depending on what wood you are using. I know this all sounds confusing, but this is part of the thing not having good instructions. You do need to be mechanically inclined to make it work. All told, I still highly recommend this assembly. Just don’t think it’s a simple DIY Murphy Bed.

fait bien son job. J'ai dû enlever 3 ressors sur les 9 de chaque côté car c'était trop fort et le sommier (avec le matelas) ne tenait pas en bas et remontait tout seul violemment. J'ai pas mal galéré pour arriver à enlever ces 3 ressorts mais j'y suis quand même arrivé non sans mal) Maintenant le lit s'ouvre et se ferme d'une seule main sans effort. Je recommande
